Baker Tilly Spiess SA merges with Grant Thornton Switzerland/Liechtenstein

Grant Thornton Switzerland/Liechtenstein takes over Baker Tilly Spiess SA, established in Geneva since 25 years as at 1 January 2019, and thereby expands its activity in French speaking Switzerland and increases the number of its employees to ca 200.

Baker Tilly Spiess SA, active for 25 years in the fields of audit, tax, accounting and management consulting, with a strong presence in French speaking Switzerland in Geneva and Lausanne, ideally complements the range of services offered by Grant Thornton Switzerland / Lichtenstein. With three offices in Switzerland and one in Liechtenstein, Grant Thornton Switzerland / Liechtenstein is also a perfect partner for Baker Tilly Spiess SA. This merger will allow Baker Tilly Spiess SA to increase its activities, strengthen its position throughout Switzerland and serve even better its local French speaking customers in German speaking Switzerland and abroad.
